? about helix

I am going to try the 8dn20 with 4.5 each hole & 51/43 helix with green spring in my 01 srx. Can someone tell me if a new apex helix will work. Have they changed anything from the rx-1 as it looks like a new part number. Also could use some help on what # to wrap the secondary. Thanks, Dave.

The Apex uses that same helix. They both use part number: 8FA-17604-00-00 When I got mine I just ordered one for an RX1 from my dealer. I also got raped...

The apex helix is 51/43 but shifts closer to a 48/42. get something more aggressive like a 52/44ish.
