Here are some pics of a billet pull handle that I made at work one day when I was bored. Turned out pretty nice, I thought.

next thing I want to make is my own helix. I've now made my billet handle and repaired a couple set of power valves and made other numerous parts for my sleds or friends sleds. Now I just want to make my own helix, w/my own angles. Not really because I don't want to spend the money on a new one, but mainly because I have the ability to make one and more of it being just a good sense of satisfaction, that I did something constructive. Now that I think of it, I would like to make my own set of adjustable weights. I just don't know what profile, or a good profile to machine the weights to?

I am with Exciterfan on this one also. Great job! I have an ER,not needing the
handle, but I would be interested in one for my son in law for his Artic Cat if not too expensive. Price? Serious also. PM me if you would choose to. Thanks.

I would love to make many more of them and sell them. only problem is the moderators of this site wouldn't allow it. i've got a local performance here that I showed them to, and they loved them. they told me to make more and they would let me sell them there locally.

wow, i didn't think that these pull handles would be this big of a hit. i'm happy. you guys actually serious about buying some of these?

No problem. Understand the situation. Perhaps you can let us know the POC elsewhere or might look into selling them on this site also via site sponsorship?. Just MHO though. Good luck.

Moprar1rules-Think about it for a minute. Not very often that Snowmobilers have an opportunity to add some "bling" to their sled. Are you able to "personalize" the letters? Could I for instance have my son in laws name on the billet handle? Just curious.

YES YES YES Serious about buying as well...And I will oove to have it personalized......Great Job......Looks awesome.....

i don't think i can sell them on this website though. the moderators will probably end up kicking me off because i'm not a sponsor or anything like that.

post an ebay custom pull handles go to this link......yada yada Maybe??? one friend tell two friend and they tell two...you know.

Heads up Mopar you are on to something here. Run with it. Let's hear a ballpark retail for one piece with pesonalized engraving. Hypothetical of course.

it wouldn't hurt to contact a mod or mrsled and find out, maybe they would let you?

i love the tool box in your avatar Sxr700Bandit. is it a blue snap-on box w/yamaha decals?
Thanks for the compliment!
Yes it is a Royal Blue(for the lack of being able to remember the correct name) with Reflective Yamaha trailer decals and a couple of GYT stickers and magnets. In my eyes she's truely one of a kind.
About the time when I created this "custom" box, Snap on was offering a somewhat(quite a bit) smaller and not nearlys as nice as this box is that was snowmobile themed in red. There was a Skidoo, Polaris and an Arctic Cat box that was offered but NO Yamaha.
I originally was going to buy a Rusty Wallace editon Nascar box and peel all of the Rusty/nascar stuff off and turn it into what I have now, but my snap on rep saved me a ton of hassle and just ordered me this "nice" blue one. T
