SRX 98-99, 00-02: Are the pipes the same!!

As the title says. Is there any difference between the pipes on the 98-99 SRX's than the 00-02's?

The '98 SRX had a slightly different flange on the end that mounts to the side of the silencer. The '98 had a smaller exhaust gasket donut on that end too, and the '99 and up had a larger gasket and had a two piece flange on the end of it. I thought the reason was the first vintage was prone to seperation or coming apart at that joint. But as far as funtionality the 98-02 stock pipes are the same.

Thanks. I just bought a 00 SRX and already have a 98. My 98 pipes have the guards polished so I was thinking of swapping them.
