Actually - his building has no downstairs - he stores the Yamaha stuff upstairs. He owns a major real business - probably demanding more of his time.

Yes it was a joke i have been there before and have spent some afternoons lineing up with his 01 srx when he had it for testing.Tec calls and sending stuff all over the globe would be time consuming.
