FYI - to me they are scary lean, but I'm used to running machines really, really fat.

Told you I could be wrong. LOLtriple said:I'm gonna say a touch lean, but i could be wrong.
I'm running 94 gas, but it may have a very small bit of last years in it and its got a bit of oil because of the new rings.
Can't see down the jugs cause I didn't have light. Going to try it all again on a colder day and get some better pictures. Those are the worst plug pictures I have ever seen, lol.

plugs look ok to me. you should do some wot runs and then check the plugs. also, what is your jetting right now? does slp say to disconnect the vent lines from the airbox that lead to the carbs?
SLP says to leave vent connected. Current jetting and SLP instructions are posted in my working log. Can re-post right was as I'm working from my Blackberry.
Sorry, forgot it was actually another post.
Current jetting SLP instructions can be found here: http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?t=45817

sounds ok. If you want a little more insurance run some 165 mains.
