Has anyone ever had to replace a carb boot on their sled?My 98 SRX still has the originals on it but I see some on Ebay from time to time and thought I'd pick one up just in case.They are a bit pricey from Yamaha but I'm sure between the number of salvage yards around or Ebay a person could find a good one even though parts like that you should put on new.

If they are cracked or worn on your current sled, then you should replace them. I guess that a used one that doesn't have cracks would be better than what you would have on assuming your current ones have cracks.
No,so far as I can see there's nothing wrong with mine but I may just pick up a spare to have on hand.
