So i purchased a set of 4010y clickers and went to install them 30min before we left for a ride. Turns out im not as storg as I thought and couldnt get the red spring in.

so I left the ywy spring in and kept the clickers with heel one bolt ,tip 3.3gram

and it shifts at 8500 climbs to 8600 with aq rx1 51/43 and green spring.

sled seemed to run alot better and much snapper then my previous 8dn-20 set up .

I may try a gwg spring next for fun.

Unfortunatly my engagement was at like 3700-3800, Im goign to triy with just the small studs in the heel.

You gotta use that red spring on that sled if you want higher engagement. Removing heel weight will increase rpms thru the hole shift along with raising engaement. Use a threaded rod to compress the spring & cover. makes it real easy. Your probably gonna need more weight heel & tip with the red also.

I basically just copied turk's idea of the tool that I made, only I added a 1/4" plate with an angle iron welded to the bottom to fit in a bench vise. Works great for me. I just wish I had machined a shaft or something to guide the clutch cover bushing straight onto the clutch shaft. Here's a couple of pictures to help you see what I mean.
