YOU GUYS RUNNING PORTED SRX,s, WHERE YA START FOR JETTING ON A 2000 -01-02 SRX. 3:16 (yammie tony)
is that a summer spec you are looking for...
I ran 152.5 mains straight across and DCS light still coming on at 3/4 mile wide open!!!
I will try 153.8 in the PTO next year or
155, 153.8, 153.8
I found that you can really feed the fuel to an SRX if you need to.

I was told to run 150, 148.8, 148.8 but it was still way too lean.
I know it was lean becuase 152.5 mains across greatly helped it. But when a 250LB+ guy rode my SRX, the light came on alot faster than it would have if I was on it.
This was all tested on a perfectly groomed trail.

I'm running 150,148.8,148.8 in my 2000 ported by race logic. Looking at my plugs it seems to be running rich. I might pull my heads and check my piston wash just to be sure.
My jets
I had 148.8, 148.8 and 150 and it was a hair lean. Going back up to 150, 150, 152.5.

Tonny, mine is a ported 98 700 with a gutted air box, running PTO-153.8, Center-152.5, and Mag-152.5. I ran that down to -29C, I know you asked for 2000 and up, but I hope this helps. Dave

I used to run a bender trail ported cylinders, heads cut 10 thou, stock reeds, stock carbs, stock pipes, and was running 147.5, 147.5, 148.8 in my 2001 motor. That jetting was good to -15 celcius.

I was just talking to a buddy of mine, he has a 98SRX ported and a gutted airbox. He's fouling plugs, so i told him to check the getting and he tells me it's jetted 155.5 , 153.8 and 153.8 , don't these seem a little high for a baseline set up? what would you guys suggest? He runs this thing between 5c. and -30c.

Where is he fouling, idle, trail riding, WOT? If he rides alot in -30c weather the bigger jets will give him peace of mind. I forgot to add in my post that I run a Tempaflow, so when it warms up the float bowls are compensated. Some guys on here do not like the Tempaflow but I have not had a problem in over 16,000 kilcks.
