I've seen on here where the 00-02 heads will slightly raise the compression on the 98-99 engine and I'd like to ask someone that has put a set on if they run into any problems.I know that right now if I get into a tight spot with gas I can get away with running regular as long as I keep the throttle thumb under control until I get to a station that sells supreme to top up with plus I always carry octane boost with me as well.The octane boost issue is another topic all together so I wont get into that plus it's been covered numerous times so I'll just ask the question here that if I put these 00-02 heads on will I have to be more conscientious of the quality of fuel I run even on a stock engine?There are times when away on a trip that certain spots only have access to regular gas so if I'm going to limit myself as to where I can ride then I may just stay with the stock heads.I'm only considering this head change as a possibility to get a hp and still look stock and am looking for pros and cons.Thanks
