I tried my sled today before putting in my heel clickers. the engagement was at 4000. when you hammered it there was a bog it climbed to tops 8100. (usually 8500 but without a bog) now i know my belt is getting pretty worn. i was wondering if this would take some rpms away. right now it is sitting a little bit less than 3/8 in the secondary. i think that explains the bog but i dont know about the top rpms.

Later on i installed my heel clickers. 4.8g in heel, 3.3 in first hole and 4.4 in tip. the engagement was around 4300- 4400 and then climbed fast to 8100 and stayed there. i think if i change the belt it should be perfect what do you guys think?

Wow, 3/8 below the top of the primary? That's like taking off in second gear in a car. It should sit flush with the top. I would get a new belt on there and set your belt deflection before anymore changes in the clutch.
