01 Vmax700 vs 01 Srx 700

whats the difference. i know the VMax has no power valves or triple pipes. but what else?? also whats the power difference. stock sleds. i just rode a 700 vmax and i have a 01 srx that i own. havent had a chance to ride mine yet and wondered the difference?

about 30 horsepower.....in other words a lot!!! Triple pipes, power valves, totally different engine. If you ever race the two you'll see a huge difference too!

I think the Vmax 700 is about 105hp...the Srx is a way different beast.

But I believe if you tripple pipe the 700 tripple, and clutch it right, you can make it alot closer, but I believe a stock SRX will still have the upper hand hp wise

other than the motor, Im pretty sure in 01 all vmax's were long travel suspension and any year srx's were all short travel.
