difference between srx and viper p/v's?

a buddy of mine just bought powervalves off ebay, he has an srx and made the mistake of buying viper powervalves because he tought they where the same... whats the differnece? I'm getting a 780 kit done for my srx, if its only the bore, maybe i can mod them and use them as spares for my 780?

the viper valves are wider and a bit shorter i think.
