Vmax 500 Problem

I Have A 98 Vmax 500 That Doesn't Have Any Power.(seems Like A 340) It Normally Runs Fine, Just Low On Power. Also Sometimes When You Give It Throttle It Just Sits There And Sort Of Goes Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da. It Actually Sounds Like It Only Fires Every Other Stroke. Then It Finally Just Revs Up And Pulls Away Like Nothing Is Wrong. Plugs Look A Little On The Rich Side. Appreciate Any Help!

Clean the jets...pilots & mains.

TORS unplug it and plug it into it self. it is the wires running to the Throttle position swich on the carbs

I Tried Cleaning The Carbs And Jets. I Also Put New Weights In The Cluth And Plastic Ramps In The Secondary.new Belt Installed. Will Have To Try Unplugging And Jumping The Tors
