I have 2 2002 Vipers, They are both doing the same thing.
They will not Idle unless the choke is on 1/2. They will die
gotta be careful while riding thew will stall as well.
Do I need to clean the carbs low circuit out this is driving me crazy.

I would start there first. If you haven't done it before this is a great how to.

Pilots. You risk burning down if you don't clean the carbs at the start of every season.

Thanks for the Replies.
The thing that I am assuming is the 700 Triples have a much smalle pilot circuit than lets say a Vmax 600 Twin. I have owned the Vmax for 9 years and have never had to clean out carbs. I use Fuel Stabilizer, and test run units 6 times in the off season. NEVER had and issues with the Vmax twin.

Dunno about that, they both look damn small to me..lol, i've never had any
problems with my twins either, every year they fire up and run like a champ.
make sure you post back your results after carb cleaning...

It is expensive to risk any engine, or being stuck in the woods for a hour's worth of work. Cheap insurance to clean the carbs each year.
