Questions on heads

Hey guys I picked up a set of cheap heads on ebay and from what I have been told...the rings broke up and put some dents in the heads.....what will happen if I run these?? The reason I am doing this is because my current heads are black from a prior problem.

WELL, I MYSELF WOULD NOT RUN THOSE. IT DOSE LOOK LIKE THE MOST INPORTANT PART AIN,T HURT ANY WHICH IS THE COMBUSTION AREA. WHY DON,T YOU FIND A GOOD MACHINE SHOP AND SEE IF THEY CAN BE CLEANED UP. 3:16 (yammie tony)
