I have not seen those kind of issues 03viperguy.
I had a couple of mustangs that I would store every fall for winter. I never once drained the gas, or added stabil or anything, and never once had an issue with starting in spring. Also, I never have had issues on my motorcycles that I obviously store for winter as well. Sleds, well, they always take a little to get going after sitting 3/4 of the year.
I think any minor issues will be worked out fairly soon after switching to reformulated gas. Heck, the holding tanks at stations probably even get cleaned by the alcohol and ned more cleaning at first.
