Woodys Dually Carbides?

If you have at least 144 studs, I wouldn't go less than 6" for sure, but I think 8" would be optimum. Being you are in NY, you might want to try a vendor out east like JR Graham. Not sure if they handle the Woody's, but I know they handle the Studboy Deuce, which are supposed to be as good or better than the Doolys.

JeepJimmy, I would not waste your money unless you want to ride straight trails, I had them on my viper and could not get it to stop pushing through corners no matter how I set the sled up! I would keep those standard carbides and keep that slot car handleing of the SRX! Just my 2 cents

We've run these for the past couple of years and they have their down sides: They don't work well on ice or on icy corners of trails. They will catch on things like crossing RR tracks. Had this happen and it kinked my running board. They act the same on my nephew's F-7. I run 8" with 192 studs.
They do wear well and track well in snow and hard pack.
My next set will be the tripple point carbide single bar style.

Shim the rear of your rubber ski stoppers with a 1/4" shim and the darting will go away and you'll have more aggresssive turning as well. Then you can continue to use normal runners which are cheaper to boot, the runners will wear more evenly and last longer as well, especially if your running simmons skis, but this applies to all.

standard duallies suckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, they are boarder line dangerous for anyone that rides above 50mph.

shaper bars with shimmed skis work great.
arctic cat offset duallies work great and dont push through the corners, you will need to move some studs on the back so a welder will be needed.
duallies dont work because they pack snow in the center barin a corner and then become just another ski bottom.

the cat bars are like cutting the back off one bar and the front off the other.. there is no where for ice and snow to build up.

i have yet to try bergstroms tripple points but will soon, have heard great things about them.

I have used the duallys on the XCR, I liked them a lot.

But I went to shaper bars on the XCSP, and I love those.
