Hiya folks, new guy here...
Last night while boondocking, I had a sudden loss of power with some weird sounds...( sounded like the belt was slipping and also had a weird metallic grinding sound...) when I let off the throttle it went away but returned as I throttled back up. I repeated two more times (..I was climbing a hill in deep powder..) and had the same results. After manually turning the sled around, I fired it up and it simply made the grinding sound, looked like maybe the secondary clutch was locked up (...it was dark and I didn't want to stick my hand in there...). I cleared the track and the problem went away as soon as the track started turning, but came back intermittent while on the ride home. Every time I would let off the throttle, it would return to normal.
I'm going to rip into her tonight...any suggestions?
Thanks!
