M-10 in SRX

Call Bruce at Pioneer Performance as he is a shock specialist and can tell you what your best option would be, whether it would be different shocks, putting longer shafts in what you have or perhaps some brackets to level out the front.I've used him a couple times for shock work and highly recommend him.

I would think if I put the M-10 in I would also have to upgrade the front end of the sled also Even to level it out. Or am I wrong in thinking this way?

in an srx you will definately need to raise the front end. Easiest way would probablt be to put in a set of Viper shocks or there is someone selling riser kits on ebay.

do I need to change anything else or just install the viper shocks on the standard SRX trailing arms.

depends on which shocks you have now (I can't remember). If the top of your shocks have a clevis type mount like the vipers should mount right up. If the top of your shocks have an eye on them then ACCORDING TO TY's other threads......you need to remove the stock mounts and get a bushing from the bulkhead of an SX chassis and install it in the hole in your bulkhead. Theres numerous threads on this on here with a lot of info. Hope this helps.

Srx

I SEE YOU LIVE CLOSE TO ME I LIVE IN HARRISON TOO.I HAVE A SRX I RAISED THE FRONT END WITH THE BRACKETS I RECIVED ON E-BAY AND WENT WITH OWENS SHOCKS OFF OF A MT-MAX YAMAHA I HAVE A M-10 RIGHT NOW BUT I PUT THE RX-1 IN IT. IT RAISED THE FRONT END ALOT EVENED IT RIGHT OUT. IT IS AND MUST THING TO DO ON A SRX RIDES GREAT NOW. :2strokes:

GET some ohlins for your srx then put the EXT in them and then flip the stock brackets will level you out and cheep if you have the ohlins.
