Well I finally got my Polaris m-10 installed after a bunch of maching work on the shafts to get them to fit right. Anyways, it is so stiff that I can even get it to sag, even if i kneel on the rear bumper. The FRA is set all the way to the rear of the sled so that would be #1 softest. The blocks are the black ones and with out me even on it the block are arighty pushed down. I was thinking of cutting 1/4 off the blocks, but I thought i would first see what you guys have to say. The front arm seems fine but the back won't move, its like its solid. Need help? Thanks.
On a side note after i had the front bolted in and then tryed lining up the back with the shock attached it was like 1" forward from the hole. The only way I could get it to bolt in the hole was to pull the top shock bolt then I was able to get it to line up and then bolt the shock back on. Does this sound right? Maybe the center to center on a polaris m-10 is different than a fast m-10 cause I used the fast template. I hope not! Humm??????????

As far as I read the skids are the same except for the front arm. Try to losten the rear mounting bolts in the tunnel. Your spacers might be too long. Thats what was wrong with mine. If you pull the rear arm down the spacers for the top idler wheels should be slightly narrower (should be slight bit of shaft sticking out). Try this.
M10
I have a Ohlin M10 in my 04 Warrior. It is stiff as hell when you push down on it. It has like 0 sag. Rides excellent though. The best ride I have had on the trail. I have fra set at 3 or 4 can't remember. They say to have a 4 or 5 inch sag. I am lucky if I can get 1/2 inch. But I can't complain it rides awsome.

from the description sounds like you have the fra set too soft letting the sled hit the coupling before it should be or you have mounted the rear shaft too far back.

If it was too soft wouldn't it compress? Before I took it out and tryed riding it the blocks were not pushed down, now they are. I located it in lower hole B for for clearance and the limiter strap is set at 4. Im thinkin that the thru shaft might be binding alittle bit cause I had to turn it down since the polaris m-10 tube is a slightly smaller dia tube so it was alittle snug when i put it in there, but it still would spin in the tube. I think it might pull the tube out and check to make sure it isn't binding. I don't know, I used the Template, and tunnel support plate so I don't see how I could have mounted it in the wrong spot? Does it matter that its a 136"? It Is acually a Polaris 128" m-10 skid with rail ext. out to a 136". If it is the same as the 121" which I believe it IS, It should be mounted right. Any other ideas??
