The pipe on my viper cracked today, no clue how all of a sudden it was just a lot louder so i looked at it and the pipe is cracked. Do you think that i could weld it and it will hold up, or should i just go buy a new one?

You will never get it to hold long term. Been there, done that more than once.
Patch it together and look for another one.

Right, welding it will never hold in the long run,will always recrack beside the repair, look for a good used one..
don't run it like that because it'll make the motor run lean...
