Any one ever have a bad temp sensor on an SRX or any other sled for that matter?
My temp light has been blinking on and off randomly while riding. Now, when the engine is cool it stays on solid red. The engine is just luke warm to the touch. The hoses are fairly cool and I can see the anti-freeze flowing through the resivior. It runs fine.
Any input welcome.

I would say change the sensor
I have a buddy that has a 1998 srx 600, and his light stays on all the time. Where is the temp sensor
its on the bottom of the water rail, right by the thermostat housing. I have had bad ones before, also have had the connectors come off from someone breaking the lock tabs when removing them, double check connection first.
