hello my buddy has an 05 viper he put pipes on this year and burnt the middle cylinder down after 45 miles of riding. So asuming it was the pipes we put everything back to stock and replaced the middle pot and piston.We went for a ride today and same thing again, we rode for most of the day and it squeaked again.There was no sign from the dcs either time.The other two cylinders seem lean on the plugs.Any ideas?
did you bother to clean the carbs after the burn down. Where is the problem mid range top end where. Maxdlx

we cleaned the carbs when everything went back to stock.It seems to burn down in mid to low range.Could it be a fuel pump freezing up.

I think the fuel pump freez was fixed by then(05),,did at any time you do plug check's At low,mid,top fopr wash and color???, carb heaters on/off??
