Just adjusted the suspension on Viper and now the temp light has come on a few times...steady, not flashing. Fluid levels okay and it happened within 15 minutes of steady riding time. The sled was on her side for a while while I made the suspension adjustments...could this have something to do with it? Maybe airlock?

Just the warning indicator with the temp. indicator. No flashing. I stopped for a few, restarted and rode for almost an hour without it coming on then the next day it happens again after just a few minutes into the ride.

Is the fluid low?

Fluid is full. The only other thing I changed right before this started happening was switching to IPONE oil.

Everything seemed pretty normal...she was running strong...still does. I probably need to check the mixture ratio on the antifreeze...not sure as to why it would start doing this right after I had the sled on it's side. I have read that if you lift the front of the sled, remove the cap to the anti-freeze and start the sled...it might work its way out?

Found this info on line...make any sense?
this may sound dumb . i've seen tis problem before .it may be air locked . try this you need to lift the front of the sled in the air so that the air can be released .(remove the filler cap ) start the sled and let it idle and warm up.this will let the air come up to the top and then add fluid good luck keep me posted
Also.. you can try a product called "Water Wetter" from Redline... It is sold in auto parts stores and helps by breaking up the surface tension of the water, making it able to absorb and release heat better. You may be able to increase cooling as much as 10 degrees with that alone...
