I have Turks clutch setup in my Viper, but I have added 2 engagement shims in the primary to bring up the engagement. I am running 8900 at full shift out and was wondering if I wrapped the secondary a little tighter, would it increase or decrease the top RPMs. Im looking to get a little better backshift, but I know my RPMs are already to high, and was wondering if 70* would help or make it worse!
Thanks, Sno-Xr

Wrapping the secondary tighter will increase RPM's. You shouldn't really tune peak RPM with the secondary. You probably need less finish rate on the spring or more primary weight.
Thats kinda what I thought. I'll have to check my weights, but I believe I added the heavier rivets. Are there any other alternatives with regards to the weights?
When you say a less finish rate, your talking about the primary spring, correct?

Yes. You could change the primary spring. I'm not sure what other alternatives there are other than the spring and weights.
