Does anyone have any reports around the Janesville Wi. area? I cant find any info on trail maps or where to buy a trail permit. Can anyone help me out?
 

your from channahon! cool! right down the road from me! you can buy your permit at the wal-mart right off the highway in janesville. if you are thinking about going i would contact vince and renea! (1crazysledder) they are great people and know thier way around! only about 20 minutes off of the highway and will show you a great time! also, my wife and i might be going up this weekend? still up for grabs.

We had little snow before this blast. Janesville got a good 10+ inches. I don't ride that area, but live about 15min south. It has potential to be good anywhere around here if they get their groomer out. Not sure how often they normally groom. I'd say it's worth a try.
 
I went out last night and broke trail through 18+". What a ride. I crossed the lake, and the drifts were even deeper. What a blast.

I haven't been out today yet, but will be out tomorrow riding.

Shoot me a PM, I'd be glad to hook up with anyone to ride, suppose to get more this weekend with another dump Monday...I think.

Its more like 16-18".
I know theres a few bars in Edgerton (thats about 10 miles north of Janesville, just off of I-90) that sell trail maps. They cost $1.
