Looking for a bill of sale agreement

Howdy all,

I just accepted an offer on my sled the other day & the buyer is coming to pick it up on Saturday. However, I can't find the generic bill of sale form that I know I saved on my computer.
Does anyone have / know where I might be able to find another one online?
