I looking at changing my windshield to something much more functional then the stock one; meaning it will deflect the wind around me and not at my chest. However I still want it to look cool. Do you have any suggestions and pictures of what you have done?
Thanks,

Good question I can only tell you I bought a cobra mid hieght and it works well up to 90 mph then folds flat and flops around handy if your speedo quits but useless otherwise.ICE

Note to self; do not buy a Cobra mid height wind shield.
I had a med on my vmax sx and it never folded over? I thought it was a good trail windshield. I also have a low on my viper and it's great at any speed.

I baught the Sno-Stuff one from Dennis Kirk. It was all they had in stock when we stopped by on our way to the UP.
It is uuuuuugly! But, it works to keep the wind off. I only put it on when I have to on very cold days.

I also have the Cobra mid-height and it folds just like icemans.
Cobra
I also bought the Cobra and it looks great. What I found though was you have to put a 2 sided tape on the front portion when installing it to take up some gap or it wanted to lift and or flop. Once I did that, I get a tiny bit of fold in the center portion over 95-100 mph but not much to speak of. It is miles better than the stock one. By the way Ontariof7 I'm in Keswick! we are practically neighbors, lol

I have a stock mid-height from a 2001 SX 700R in good shape if you want that.
