My buddy is wandering what his V-Max should turn for R's. It seems to fall on its face at about 8000....goes good but falls off quick. There are some mods done and we are still working on getting the jetting spot on. Thanks for any replies.

Bored .050, Wiseco pistons, Boyeson reeds, MBRP obnoxious can, different(not sure what but a bit higher engagement) primary spring, secondary on #6...I didn't mean to make it sound like a MOD sled but it has been modified. The speedo cable broke the last time he rode it so he can't go off speed. The sled runs great and he's been riding an SRX 7 this year so the V-Max just may not have the pull that the SRX has to him...I am not sure. Thanks.

Well on a stock sled(witch your's is very close to stock)you shouldn't be
turning any more then around 7,800.
