First it was one side, now it is the other side!!!! How can you fix the bent tunnel and reinforce the tunnel? Please help, it seems like it is getting worse. There is a straight tunnel for sale locally, should I just buy it and replace the whole tunnel?

I just finished repairing my tunnel. Same thing, the trailing arm bent and put a kink in the running board. I removed the trailing arm mount and heat exchanger. Bent it back in shape. Then made a card board template of the area. Went to a fabricating shop had them bend me a piece of 1/8 aluminum about 14 inches long. Riveted everything back together.

i did 3 sleds fixing the tunnel.....straightened it all out then got the cracks welded...got a piece of aluminum solid rod and inserted it from the rear into the rolled edge all the way up to the front....painted the tunnel and installed aluminum grip strips on the edge....looks perfect cant even tell...

Bender has a kit
Call Bender Racing. They have a kit made specifically for this repair. I just ordered one, but haven't installed it yet. I'll try to post installation pics when I get to this project.
