What would cause the hyfax on both sides to wear at the bump stops? They wore out within 200 miles in the same conditiions as other sleds were riding in with no unusual wear. There was alot of melted material on the track clips. The track was adjusted so it had about 1 inch of sag without pulling on it. They always seemed to wear normally before this.

If you were riding in good snow....very important or slides will burn.... then it sounds like you have too much pressure on front of skid. Tighten front straps and remove preload on center shock. If that does not work...install better skid. LOL
Do you have the boogie wheel lowering kit..or latger boggie wheels ???

The skid is all stock. Maybe it was just the snow conditions but it never seemed to do it before and the other sleds in our group didn't have the unusual wear.
