Any user feedback on installation and ride qualities of the ADB ZX-2 plastic suspension? I had my KYB's revalved, but am still looking for a better ride.

I just got back from 300+ miles on mine in a 02 SRX with wide front end and Viper revalved shocks up front.
I had an M-10 in before this and it rode pretty good, but had poor hook-up. The ZX2 hooks up great. It really turned my sled into a different machine. The ride is a fair amount stiffer than the M-10 in the studder bumps though. It takes the larger bumps as good or better than the M-10. I still need to dial it in and am hoping to get it a little softer in the small stuff. All in all I love it. I would suggest the M-10 for the plush ride everyone talks about... and this skid for someone who rides a little harder and wants performance. It also does a great job resisting bottoming. I'd suggest going to the 4 stroke side and reading the reviews there. There is not much info on this board yet.

Zx2!
I have one in my viper and have a total of 1200 miles on it snow far. First off you can only use the zx2 on the 5 pin hole for the coupling and 1 or 2 for weight transfer. If you put the pin on the medium or soft setting, the sled won't handle since it will piviot on the front of the skid. Need to raise front of sled to fix this. I have mine set at 2 and 5 holes and preload at 3. Anyway's it handles similar to a pro action but rides way better. It really resisits bottoming. The faster you go the better this skid will ride. Once you get about 500 miles on the shocks, it loosens up a fair bit. I love the way it rides and transfers weight. Really hooks and gives you a comfortable performance ride. So far I have no compliants. It does hold alot of snow though and pretty much eliminates any over heating issue's. I have never over heated with this skid in. Also it has improved my fuel economy by about 15%, since it rolls alot easier then the proaction.

I have about 400 miles on my 01 SRX with the ZX2 and absolutely love it - I have it on the factory settings and it eats the bumps and makes the sled rail like a slot car - I'm not convinced that you can set it up for stutter bumps, but it shines in every other aspect - I have yet to bottom it out and I go 225 - I would highly recommend it!!
