Sled has 10 000km on it
carbs have been cleaned and not a spec of dirt is in them.
the bowls fill up pump works ok....
it runs on one cylinder at idle but when you get up to speed it runs on both cylinders....
what could be the problem??
its getting spark.
i havent checked compression yet.
but last season just before the spring it had 120 in each cylinder

I just had a similar problem with my 92 Phazer and finally had to take it into a yamaha dealer.
I had cleaned the carbs around 6 times trying to be sure it wasn't the carbs causing that problem. I just picked the sled up today and they said they cleaned that carbs, and put a new plug wire cap on the clutch side and not the sled runs amazing.
Just something I thought I would throw at you.

What makes you think its running on one cylinder? Try pulling a spark plug on one side or the other and see if it stays the same if it does then you know what side to look at. Just as a guess I would say maybe the coil but that just a shot in the dark
