The Viper is sold and I can either wait til next year or buy now if its cheap. Not sure what Im getting but if its a Yamaha its gonna be a phazer. Anyone run across any crazy good deals? Must be new and lighter than the Viper, open to all brands. Thanks.

I live in Chicago and the thing with the market here is this: It is a large metro area relatively close to good riding in the U.P., Northern Wisconsin, and Southwestern Michigan. A lot of folks but new sleds here and don't ride as much as they thought they would-they sell the sleds. There is a huge aftemarket here for second-hand sleds with low miles or really nice older sleds with a few miles on them.
Are you looking for dealer new sleds? I'd call Nielsen Enterpises (Grayslake or Gurnee?)-they are a huge multi-line dealer and work on volume. Or check out the sponsors on this site as well-CB Performance-Bruce knows a dealer or two as well as Port Yamaha or a few others (if you don't mind driving)-or just watch ebay.
