Yea, maybe I should reword it, is it runable, junk, can be cleaned up better, will it work fine, is it going to cause a problem?????????? looking for what I should be doing with it I realize what he did to it, now I need to know what to do with it or if I should even use it. and if I use it should I put it on a certain cylinder?

run it, it wont hurt anything unless there was any loose material which there isnt. the small dents will not affect performance.

Yep Agree with red As long as there is no loose material it will work fine. May loose about 1% due to the extra turbulance you may get with the extra roughness in the combustion chamber.

Use a little emery cloth or light sand paper and make sure there are no sharp edges. Those sharp edges can create hot spots.
