What is the trick to changing a fuel tank filter on a 2000 Phazer? Thanks! Also does anyone know where I can purchase a Shop Manual for this machine.

Reach in with a hooked wire and try to grab it and pull it up out the fill hole.

its not very easy to do but do as daman said, worse thing is they seemed to have made the line to short inside the tank and you have to almost stretch the line to get it out of the tank enough to change the filter.
