i have to do a CNC project for one of my classes and i want to do a set of the jimmy blaze style wheels. im having a really hard time drawing them and guestimating the measurements and trying to just scale up the regular symbol and getting it to look good. i was wondering if any one could give me some measurements to get me started in the right direction.

thanks in advance TRT

im workin in solid works and mastercam. goin to save it as a DFX file from solid works to transfer it into mastercam to make the tool path. i kinda just need the demention cause he wants me to draw it by my self cause its part of the class.

Dimensions, Dementia. LOL

seriously though, this should be sweet when done!

Making it a .dfx file isn't a problem if you just want a file of the tuning fork logo, rather than draw it by hand. If not I should be able to supply what ever dimensions you need.

yea tryed printing it and scaling it. run into the problem of either the point goin almost all the way to the edge where it cant be cut easaly and would have to changed tooling. or the top arch is too close to the bearing socket and it looks like garbage. the one fork that i drew and looked awasom looked like crap when i arayed it around and all the legs intersected. if u could send me the file id realy aprciated it my email is terret725@yahoo.com i could prolly get the dimentions right off that. not matter what course i go i have to draw it out my self wether its copying some one elses or figureing it out my self and ive spent 3 hrs drawing so far so i dout hell care if i copy some dims.
