How does using different roller sizes in your primary effect the behavior of your clutching?
My understanding is the bigger the diameter of roller will decrease force on the belt and tend to make the weight feel lighter or zippy, also starting the shift out in a different spot on the weight.

depending on the design of the weight a change in engagement will occur.

...also, the smaller the roller, the more aggressive the shiftout.

The smaller the roller, less engagement and more force on the belt. The larger the roller more engagement and less force on the belt.

how does it affect initial engagement rpm, raise or lower it??

Larger diameter rollers will usaully raise engagement. This is because the weight will be "tucked under" a little more. If you go larger on the roller, most of the time you'll need to add more mass to the weights to keep the shift rpm's the same.
