what is the best year machz carbs to get for an srx and what all is involved in replacing your stockers with them? Also, I do know about the phazer boot upgrade but are the boots from a new style trailing arm phazer or the pogo style? Thanks.

You need carbs from a 1998 to 2003 MachZ. You will also need the MachZ choke cable, and a throttle cable that works. I used one from an XCR800. You can get away with running the stock SRX boots, but it is tight. The phazer boots are better, but not required.

I am not sure what era of phazer boots. The only difference is that they are slightly straighter.
Once the TPS is removed, you will have to simply plug the wires together to loop it back.

I am actually talking about that plug on the end of the carbs, not the tors, I know about plugging it into itself. Any ideas about it? Thanks for your help and response Valin!

Oh yes, I was confused between the two (it's been a while since i had stock carbs), just disconnect the TPS.
