whats needed to setup 8" riser

After riding this weekend with stock bars on my 99 srx, I have decided that a riser and loop is a must! What all is needed to set up an 8" riser from stock? Any good links on where to buy? Thanks

your gonna need some good cables I have a 2 inch pivot riser a 6 inch powermadd riser and 05 apex bars on my 98 srx and I had to get motion pro throttle and oil cables and a new steel braided brake cable I got lucky and didnt have to make any of my wires longer but some ppl do
 
I'm running a 6" riser plus the pivot adaptor on my stock bars. Had to use a longer brake, throttle, and oil. I threw my parking brake away so I don't know if that one will work or not. I had to extend one wire. Everything else was fine.
