hmm, while AFX is not known as a great helmet, they are both snell and Dot rated.
as far as fit, finish, and how well the dual shield keeps fog free, I don't know.
But I can say if you get the one with no shield, you will find a pair of goggles that will work great, and fit the helmet as well.
I have been using a lazer MX helmet for quite a few years with goggles and have been very happy with the fog free and great field of vision the MX style helmet gives.
