How can I tell if my coil is weak on my 2002 viper,one plug seems to foul up after 200 miles I have cleaned the carb ,or is the fuel pump malfunctioning

The mag side plug? Change the fuel pump I had the same problem last week.

What about plug cap or reed petal?

Switch the coil to a diff cylinder and see if that plug will foul.
