Need Specs for Hauck Pipe

Stumbled on a Hauck pipe for a 99 Phazer, was wondering if anyone knows the carb specs for running it around 1300 ft. Also have the famous Phazer low end bog, cleaned the carbs with carb cleaner and compressed air but it did not change anything. Starting to run out of snow.

Got er runnin like a new sled. The pipe really woke this sled up.
Found the low end bog, it was the belt. It had 4500km's on it (original belt).
The kid should be happy for a while.
