access problems

Here at work I don't have any problems getting into any of the forums or new posts but at home everytime I try to open a forum or use the new posts link I get the warning message about being able to do a new search every 25 seconds. Anyone know why this might be?

Under user pc at the top click edit option & at the very bottom check mark all threads...if not just p.m. a mod & they will walk you through it...
