My brother took first in the Mt Brighton hill climb vintage class on sunday with his 1980 SRX! No one could believe it when he was jumping it during the practice runs! He barely edged out a Fettig racing 85 600 tripple indy in the last race...it was the most amazing thing I have ever seen! I don't think anyone thought he could beat that thing(including me), because he lost to it in the first round. He cut a really good light in the final round tho! Oh well I thought you guys would want to know.

We had to run Fettig's 170 HP open mod IQ with my viper @ the Schuss moutain uphill drags 3 years ago, Had my buddy Red Dog driving with the 780 kit in it & was the only sled to beat their factory open mod sled to the top of the hill. Funny as heck watchin Red pull up to the blown out starting line & do a burnout like a top fuel car & use the reverse to back in his launch pad...... I seen Gary @ the World Series & he said he still hates my sled

I want to go to Gaylord really bad... My brother has a wife and kids and such... I don't know if I will make it or not. His sled is all stock. The track is reversed and studded up. He has spent a lot of time making it run good tho...
