When you take out the speedo side bearing, you remove the sensor & all nuts...drill rivets out & loosen torx head set screws on that bearing collar...I got all this, now when I go & reassemble thing...
QUESTION # 1, do most of you guys re-install the rivits...yes/no
QUESTION # 2, would you put a little silicone on the plates to keep moisture out OR leave it be so it can drain moisture when parked...

don't replace the rivits... they are only there for factory assembly...
putting silicone on the plates probably won't achieve much since that bearing is quite exposed to the elements from the tunnel side anyway....
