Is it possible for a new track to be so tight that I have the adjuster in all the way & that gives me only 1/2" track slack...

it will stretch a bunch, as long as it isn't tight tight, it will be OK Maxdlx
Thanks Max...I relocated my front swing arm lower in the front of the rails...that gave me another 1 1/4" so I was able to bring it in to specs 19mm track slack...

It will stretch a lot when you hit about 500 miles +/- about 100 miles.

Sleds great - once it snowed I never had time to get the M10 in it, though. I did get the Boss mounted up and got a Ice Ripper XT on this season though.
