For those who have done trail porting on your 00 -02 SRX's, how badly did it affect the gas mileage? Just curious since I am picking up a trail ported SRX on Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll use this sled for local trips around the hotel we normaly stay at and use my stock SRX for long distance trips. Just trying to know what to expect. Thanks!!

mine didnt go down that much at all, It went down a little in all fairness but not a huge noticeable difference. IMO it was WELL worth it lol, the decrease in gas mileage is worth the pull lol.

I just picked up a Ported SRX and didnt notice much of a change besides the bigger grin on my face with the extra HP!!!!!

This past weekend was my first time on my newer Case/Cylinder Ported 136" ExpertX SRX(MadMatt Old Sled), first thought in my head this doesnt feel any faster than my completly STOCK(besides clutching) 01 SRX. Headed back to grap my stock 01 started ripping up and down the lake, man was I way off on the stocker being just as fast....WAY OFF..... I was running in mid to high 30's deg temps with much fatter jetting in the Ported sled than ness. for those temps.

To some it up WELL WORTH THE MONEY....as long as Don does it.

agree
