So I am going to re-do the bushings on my pro-action sleds.
MPI has a rebuild kit that includes 30 bushings.
I have identified 22 from the Yamy fiche and they are parts 5,9,21,36,44,82,83, what are the other 8?
So far I am at $58 if ordered from Port, MPI wants $95.

In the MPI picture I am pretty sure I know the location of all except (going L to R) Top Row, bushing 3 and 4, 7 and 8. Bottom Row, bushing 1-4.

Any help appreciated.

This is the route Ill go if I ever rebuild a No Action again.

Not too sure if its just for the rear bushings, but theres the upper and lower spindle bushings also?

The ones I have ID by location are:
Upper W-arm (2)
Lower W-arm (4)
Center shock upper and lower (4)
Front shaft for rear shock (2)
Rear upper shaft (2)
Upper transfer rod (2)
Lower transfer rod (2)
Transfer rod shaft, bi-metal (4)

I didn't count the bushings for the rear shock since they are the roller bearings but I think I found that the MPI kit is for the non-rebuildable shocks that has the bushings instead, that might be the four white ones? That would get me to 26 and the last 4 could be the front spindles?

Does that sound like all of them?

Finally able to account for all of the bushings in the picture and using a model with non-rebuildable shocks and relay rods that had bushings instead of bearings was the difference.

Thanks to all that had input.

It does look like the Pioneer Kit is right on.
