I was just looking over the new Bender web site and I see they have Y pipe and header pipe gaskets that are supposedly replacements for the stockers and they are cheaper 3 for about the same price as one.Has anyone used these?What about using regular auto exhaust donuts if a person took a header pipe and an old stock gasket if you could get a replacement close enough to work.

There has been a part number posted here for a replacement at an auto parts store. If you do a search you should find it. If not, you can take it in and match it up. The parts house gaskets appear to be identical to the originals and I would guess that Yamaha just used an off the shelf automotive item.
